Much like the agency itself, Stephen’s focus is on human-centered design. Driven by empathy, he believes beauty and innovation deserve a way into the lives of the people who need it most.

Joelle Friedland

Joelle possesses an ultra-rare combination of business acumen and creative desire. Over the years, she's acquired a deep, almost instinctual knowledge of customers, markets, and channels. And she’s a full-time dance mom.

Ben has been known as Executive Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer, but he knows himself as a writer. He believes that there's always something to teach and something to learn from every person you meet.
